I am a huge fan of the dollar store and when I went to scope out their valentines decor, I fell in love with their flower options. My mind started going and I came up with 5 floral arrangements for $20 total! My bill was $26.32 and I bought a vase and some other decor besides flowers!
The first arrangement I put together was this flower wreath. I did a full DIY on the blog here! It cost me $7 in materials.
The second arrangement I put together was this adorable flower tin. I saw this at the dollar store and knew I had to snatch it up before they all sold out! It’s only a dollar! I put two bouquets of flowers in here and arranged them and set it on my bookshelf. For $3 it’s pretty dang cute I’d say!
The third arrangement I did in my nanny kids vase he made as a kid. I love incorporating homemade items, especially from the kids, as decor. It’s more sentimental and the kids get excited to see their projects in use! I put a single red king rose with glitter around a bouquet of white roses. $2 for this!
The fourth arrangement was pretty simple and basic. I bought a clear vase for $1 and 2 bouquets of plain red roses for $2. It looks plain but it’s hidden behind half books and only the top shows and it looks great on my nightstand for $3!
The fifth arrangement is my other nanny kids favorite! I got a bouquet of purple roses and one of white and cut them apart and mixed them together. I put them in a more decorative vase we had on the kitchen table and it’s fits in great in the kids space! $2 of flowers and it is a great kids aesthetic with the purple!
Which of the arrangements is your favorite? What are some other flower arrangements or Valentines DIYs you’d like to see?
